Technical Sales Support Specialist
Description
You think technically – and act sales-oriented? Then actively support our sales team with your technical expertise and bring your know-how specifically into sales processes. As a sparring partner for field sales, product marketing and customers, you pursue a clear goal: successful deals and satisfied existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Technical consulting and product support for customers
- Support of field sales in new customer acquisition and existing customer development
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable technical solutions
- Interface between customer, sales and product marketing including technical coordination
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Participation in marketing campaigns and product launches
- Participation in trade fairs and training for active market development
Requirements
- Technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar) with an interest in sales-related activities
- Ideally experience in technical sales or internal sales
- Ability to present complex technical content in an understandable and convincing manner
- Customer-oriented, structured way of working with entrepreneurial thinking
- Excellent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
