MEA-090A from Delta - new compact desktop power supply with 90W power for medical applications

Delta Electronics expands the MEA series of medical AC-DC desktop power supplies with a new 90W model. MEA-090A offers four output voltages 12V, 15V, 19V and 24V and is 20% smaller than the previous generation. MEA-090A meets DoE Level VI and ErP Lot 7 efficiency with up to 89% efficiency, no-load power of < 0.15W at 115 Vac and 230 Vac input, touch current of < 0.1 mA (under normal circumstances), and surge protection equivalent to 2x MOPP. Application ranges up to 60°C ambient temperatures with linear derating from 40°C. The desktop power supply is suitable for various types of medical applications, such as CPAP, patient monitor, portable ultrasound equipment and medical displays.

The MEA-090A is certified to both medical and AV/ICT safety standards, including EN/BS EN 55011 for industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio frequency equipment, and meets EN/BS EN 55032 for information technology equipment (ITE) radio frequency equipment.
