NSPE-TS Series - SMT Hybrid Construction Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

NSPE-TS Series - SMT Hybrid Construction Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

NIC Components Corp. is pleased to announce the release of the NSPE-TS product series of surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitors utilizing advanced hybrid construction, combining conductive polymer with liquid electrolyte, resulting in low ESR, high ripple current ratings (up to 3.9Arms), self-healing characteristics, and stable performance over -55℃ to +125℃ operating temperature range.

NSPE-TS series supports downsized circuit designs using smaller or fewer components, covers 100uF to 1000uF capacitance range in 6.3vdc and 10Vdc ratings, and is an alternate - upgrade to the legacy NSPE-S product series (NRND EOL). The NSPE-TS series is load life rated at +125℃ (2000 hours) and +105℃ (5000 hours) and supports low voltage high current power applications requiring stability at low operating temperatures, such as automotive, industrial controls, enterprise, networking, and communication infrastructure equipment.

NSPE-TS meets the requirements of AEC-Q200, including extended bias humidity testing; +85℃, 85% RH testing for up to 2000 hours. The SMT construction is halogen-free, RoHS & REACH compliant, and compatible with +260°C peak Pb-free reflow soldering processes. Evaluation samples are available upon request. Please contact NIC today to review your requirements.
