Product description
H11F1 optically coupled isolator with an infrared light emitting diode and a NPN silicon photo transistor in a standard 6 pin dual in line plastic package. The detector is electrically isolated from the input and performs like an ideal isolated FET designed for distortion-free control of low level ac and dc analog signals.
