Product description
OPI1268T is a high voltage plastic encapsulated optoisolator with an output that is capable of high speed data transmission. The input consists of a fast-switching GaAlAs LED emitter which is optically coupled to an optical detector, comprising circuitry with gain and an open collector output for digital TTL compatibility.
