DIN rail power supplies from Neumüller stand for top quality and reliability . The power supplies provide power outputs from 10W to 960W at the common output voltages of 5V, 12V, 24V and 48V . The outstanding efficiency of up to 94% ensures very low warming .
Thanks to convection cooling , the DIN rail power supplies can operate without a fan and allow operation at a maximum of 80 ° C . Some models also have a cold start from -40 ° C . Input Voltage Ranges are particularly large, with 85Vac to 264Vac (single-phase), 180Vac to 550Vac (biphasic), and 320Vac to 600Vac (three-phase).
All DIN rail power supplies comply with RoHS 2011/65 / EU. NEC Class 2 approvals are partially available. All power supplies are certified to IEC / EN 61000-3-2, Class A .
For each power class greater than 75W, there is a model with active PFC (Power Factor Correction) that reduces harmonics and energy losses. The Power Boost function provides a constant power reserve for reliable start and reliable load peak performance. This can save the cost of over-dimensioned power. Some power supplies with this feature deliver up to 150% or 200% of the specified maximum power for the maximum duration of 2 or 5 seconds.
The circuit boards of the DIN rail power supplies are
protective coated against dust and chemical contamination.
The power supplies are built extremely space-saving. The Delta Sync series is only 21mm wide at 30W :
Another outstanding product feature is its immunity to fast transient electrical disturbances (burst) and surge voltages (IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5) . This allows use under the harshest conditions and in harsh environments. All DIN rail power supplies also comply with all major safety regulations .
