TOF sensors
The ESPROS 3D time-of-flight (TOF) sensors, based on the light pulse transit time measurement method, are designed to deliver simple and cost-effective 3D TOF cameras. The functionality of the chips includes distance and ambient light measurement with variable integration times. In addition, on-chip temperature sensors for measured value compensation are integrated.
