with an input to output isolation of 20KVDC.
These high-voltage optocouplers are used to isolate electrical "spikes" of different but interconnected circuits, especially for protection against direct contact with electrical voltages.

With a data transfer rate of 2Mbps and a typical signal propagation time (tPHL-tPLH) of ≤ 50 ns, the developer has a high transmission speed at his disposal. The circuit is temperature, current and voltage compensated and is ideally suited for DC and AC isolation between input and output. The output provides a TTL compatible signal. Even "hard" applications are possible due to the specified operating temperature range from -40°C to +100°C.
Immunity to transient overvoltages [dv/dt] is specified with 30kV/µs. With a total length of 28mm, an outstanding air/creepage distance of 24mm is achieved.
