WICOP LEDs

Seoul Semiconductor's WICOP LEDs offer market-leading color uniformity, high lumen density, cost savings and enable flexible design. WICOPS are a true PKG-free product suitable for high thermal performance and high power consumption and are widely used in street lights, industrial lighting, automotive and TV applications. A WICOP LED eliminates the need for a ceramic substrate for the LED chip and can be soldered directly to the PCB, so the thermal resistance between the junction and PCB is smaller by design. The elimination of the bonding wires also significantly increases the reliability of the LEDs.
